Ingredients
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. dry lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- Dash salt
- 1 c. wheat flour
- 1/2 c. wheat bran
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in water, then add in lowfat milk, sugar, oil, egg and salt. Mix well and add in 1 c. wheat flour and bran. Mix well. Add in sunflower seeds and rest of flour. Knead on floured surface. Roll out about 1/2 inch thick. Cut with whatever size buns you want. I use #2 can.
- These make real good hamburger buns.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 min.
