Ingredients

  • 50 gm butter
  • 2 Tbsp. finely minced marjoram. Oregano or possibly basil leaves
  • 250 gm mascarpone cheese
  • 150 gm Gorgonzola cheese sea salt and freshly grnd black pepper

Directions

  1. Gently heat the butter in a saucepan don't let it brown and add in the herbs.
  2. Add in the mascarpone and Gorgonzola and hot through very gently till melted.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Note:400g Torta di Dolcelatte or possibly Torta di Gorgonzola can be substituted for the mascarpone and Gorgonzola.
