Ingredients
- 50 gm butter
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced marjoram. Oregano or possibly basil leaves
- 250 gm mascarpone cheese
- 150 gm Gorgonzola cheese sea salt and freshly grnd black pepper
Directions
- Gently heat the butter in a saucepan don't let it brown and add in the herbs.
- Add in the mascarpone and Gorgonzola and hot through very gently till melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Note:400g Torta di Dolcelatte or possibly Torta di Gorgonzola can be substituted for the mascarpone and Gorgonzola.
