Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. shortening
- Healthy pinch of salt
Directions
- Cut shortening in flour mix till crumbly. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to moisten. Mix only till flour is all in. Do not knead too much. This makes the biscuits soggy. Bake in warm oven.
