  • 4 x Boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
  • 1 x Egg, beaten All-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 pkt Lipton Recipe Secrets Golden brown Herb with Lemon Recipe Soup Mix
  • 1 c. Water
  • 4 x Lemon slices (opt) Warm cooked rice

Directions

  1. Dip chicken in egg, then flour. In 12" skillet, heat butter and brown chicken over medium heat 4 min, turning once. Stir in Golden brown Herb with Lemon Recipe Soup Mix blended with water, arrange lemon slices on chicken. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered 10 min or possibly till sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is done. To serve, arrange chicken and lemon over warm rice, then spoon sauce over chicken.
  2. Makesabout 4 servings.
