  1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Grease and flour an 8 inch square baking pan. In a 2 qt saucepan combine butter and chocolate. Stir constantly over medium-low heat 10 to 12 min, till melted. Cold 10 min. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Add in Large eggs, 1 at a time, beating well with a spoon after each addition. Stir in flour, nuts, and coconut; beat well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center of brownies comes out clean. Cold in pan on a rack. Cut in squares while hot, but don't remove from pan till completely cold, 1 1/4 hrs. Store completely cooled brownies in baking pan; cover with foil.
