Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 x 3 ounce. pkge.Roquefort cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 x To 2 small heads iceberg Lettuce, torn into bite- Sized pcs

Directions

  1. Place salt in salad bowl. Thoroughly mash garlic into salt. Add in oil and vinegar. Cream cheese into above mix till smooth. It should look like paste. Can be prepared ahead to this point. Add in lettuce and toss.*Mix must be at room temperature in order to coat lettuce.*
