Ingredients
- 1 pkt Pillsbury Plus Funfetti cake mix, or possibly your favorite flavor
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 can vanilla frosting or possibly homemade frosting
Directions
- Heat oven to 375:. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, oil and Large eggs; stir by hand till thoroughly moistened. If using the Funfetti cake mix, add in the candy bits. Shape the dough into 1" balls. Place 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. With bottom of a glass dipped in some flour, flatten to 1/4" thickness.
- NOTE: If using a chocolate cake mix, dip the glass into some cocoa. Bake 6-8 min or possibly till edges are a light golden. Cold 1 minute on the cookie sheet then remove to a wire rack to cold. Spread with frosting of your choice.
- Allow the frosting to set before storing.
