Ingredients
- 2 x Onion -- chopped
- 1/2 c. Sausage -- chorizo or possibly warm I
- 2 Tbsp. Lard
- 16 ounce Tomatoes -- liquid removed and Choppe
- 3 c. Pinto beans -- cooked
- 6 x Chilis, serrano -- chopped (
- 6 x Bacon -- chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 x Ham -- diced (optional)
Directions
- Add in onions and lard to pinto beans and cook over medium heat 5 min, stirring occasionally. In another skillet, fry bacon, ham and sausage. Add in to beans with tomatoes, chilies and spices. Heat thoroughly.
