Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 pound frzn shrimp, cleaned
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Set power at high. In 1 qt casserole, combine garlic and butter. Heat 1 1/2 to 2 min. Add in parsley and salt. Stir in shrimp, coating each with butter sauce. Cover with plastic wrap. Set power on medium heat 5 to 6 min, stir once. Let stand, covered, 3 min. Sprinkle lemon juice over shrimp before serving.
