  • 1/2 med Onion minced
  • 1 x Tomato minced
  • 2 x Or possibly more fresh jalapenos, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 ounce Beer

Directions

  1. Bring to boil. Cook on low for 10 min till onions get soft. Salt and white pepper to taste Add in fresh cilantro just before serving.
