Ingredients
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 2/3 c. Packed brown sugar
- 2/3 c. Margarine
- 2/3 c. Butter
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 1/2 c. All-purpose flour (3 1/2 to 4)
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 6 ounce Pecan pcs
- 18 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate in chunks
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together sugar, brown sugar, margarine and butter till fluffy. Slowly beat in Large eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour and baking soda and fold in. Fold in pecans and chocolate till just blended.
- Scoop out roughly 3 Tbsp. cookie dough and form into a ball (or possibly use an ice cream scooper). Drop on cookie sheet and press down a little. Bake for 15 to 17 min.
