  • 1 x (4-6 lb) beef roast Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 pkt Dehydrated onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper roast lightly. Place heavy duty foil on a cookie sheet.
  2. Sprinkle onion soup mix on foil. Place roast on top and sprinkle remainder of soup on meat. Seal foil tight on roast. Place in a 250 degree oven and cook 5 hrs. Delicious gravy, meat is brown.
  3. Serves 6 to 8.
