- 1/2 cup stone-ground cornmeal
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup fresh corn kernals (I cut them from the cob - you can use thawed frozen corn though)
