  • 1 lb. fish, filleted
  • ⅔ cup Mornay sauce
  • ½ cup onion, diced
  • 2 tsp. mustard, prepared
  • 2 tsp. vinegar, malted
  • 1 tsp. parsley, dried

Directions

  1. Cook the onions, covered, for two minutes at 950 watts. Mix them with the cheese sauce and parsley.
  2. Rub the mustard and vinegar on the fillets, then cook the fish, vented, for seven minutes with 650 watts. Let stand.
  3. Heat the sauce mix with 950 watts for two minutes, then pour the sauce over the fish.
