Ingredients

  • 10oz (300gr) ham, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 shallots, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 – 14 dry-cured, Greek olives, pitted and chopped
  • 2 tbs fresh oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 cup peas, frozen
  • 5oz (150gr) creamy goat cheese, Chavrie or Chevraux
  • 4oz (120gr) dried fettuccini
