- Mix above ingredients; let stand 5 min or possibly till bubbly. 3 T corn oil 2 T sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano 6 1/2-7 c. flourCombine above ingredients with about 1/2 of flour, beating till a smooth batter. Beat in the yeast and continue to add in the flour till you have workable dough, adding flour (about 2/3 cup) while kneading. Do not let the dough become too stiff and yet you do not want it to stick to your hands.
- In a large bowl coat with oil and place dough in bowl set in warm place and let rise to about double. Prepare pans - grease and dust with cornmeal, two 15 inch round pizza pans or possibly 2 cookie sheets. Add in your favorite toppings. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 min.
- If you do not want pizza-pizza you can freeze. After letting it thaw 30 min you can bake as directed above.
