Ingredients
- 1 stk butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 1 c. flour sifted
- 1 c. crispy rice cereal
- 1/2 c. pecans minced
- 3 1/2 dsh Tabasco sauce optional
Directions
- Cream butter and cheese; combine remaining ingredients and blend mixtures thoroughly.
- Form into balls the size of a quarter. Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 18 min.
- Yields: 4 dozen
