Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken, boiled, remove bones reserve broth
  • 1 lb grnd beef, see notes
  • 3 med potatoes, cut up
  • 1 med onion, cut up
  • 1 sm catsup, bottled
  • 2 c. English peas, small cans
  • 2 c. green lima beans, small cans
  • 1 can corn, cream-style, large can
  • 16 ounce tomatoes, canned
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Pan fry grnd beef till all red is gone.
  2. Cook the potatoes and onions in chicken broth till tender. add in cooked bround beef. Add in all remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 minites or possibly slow cook for 3 hrs.
  3. Can be frzn.
