Directions

  1. Brown beef cubes in oil. Add in Worcestershire sauce and simmer 15 min. Add in tomatoes (minced) plus one can full of water. Add in onion, celery and carrots and cook for 45minutes on medium-low heat. Add in potatoes and cook 5-6 min till slightly tender. Add in vinegar, red wine, relish and brown sugar. Stir. Keep hot on low heat till serving time; stirring occasionally.
