Egg Salad Sandwiches Recipe

Apparently egg salad sandwiches are quite a big deal at the Master's. This is probably the closest my hubby will ever get to being there. The girls and I played the normal 20 questions about what was in it. I must have passed because they gobbled them up.

Directions

  1. Place eggs in pot of water on the stove. Cook on high for 18 minutes. Remove eggs from water and allow to cool.
  2. Mix together miracle whip, mustard and pepper.
  3. Peel eggs and mash with fork into the miracle whip mixture.
  4. Serve on bread.

    I didn't have a chance to watch the Master's this year but it cracks me up that egg salad is a part of it. Yours does look delicious.
