Ingredients
- 1 pkt Chicken ramen noodles, broken up & cooked
- 1/3 c. Oil
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Vinegar
- 2 c. Chick breasts, cooked and minced
- 2 whl scallion, sliced
- 4 c. Green cabbage, shredded (coleslaw mix is perfect) (carrot can be added shredded)
Directions
- Mix Ramen seasoning packet with oil, sugar and vinegar. Add in chicken, scallions and cabbage. Chill overnight and stir once in awhile. This is GREAT for a luncheon or possibly even for dinner. Enjoy!
- NOTES : This is my favorite main dish salad of all time. It's my mother's recipe and it is to die for!
