  • 1 pound roll pork sausage
  • 10 large eggs
  • 3 slices day old bread (cubed)
  • 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Brown sausage and drain well. Set aside.In large bowl put together lowfat milk, large eggs, mustard and salt. Beat 1 minute on medium speed. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese, bread and sausage. Pour into ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 min or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean. 12 servings.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 cup reserved cheese on top before baking.
