Directions

  1. Brown , salt and pepper both sides of pork chops. Place in baking dish.
  2. Put onions and pepper slices on each chop.
  3. Sprinkle 3 tablesppons rice arund each chop. Pour mix of water and consomme over entire dish. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 60 min or possibly till chops are tender.
