Directions

  1. Mix together flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic.
  2. Coat the chops in the flour mxiture.
  3. Brown in oil in large skillet.
  4. Place browned pork chops in large pan and add in can of soup and rest of flour mix.
  5. Cover and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 2 hrs.
  6. Serve with cooked rice.
