Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom or possibly celery soup (10 3/4 ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry or possibly lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. finely-chopped parsley - (to 3 tbspns)

Directions

  1. Pour soup in small saucepan. Stir in sherry and parsley. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring now and then, 10 min.
  2. Serve warm over meatloaf.
  3. This recipe yields 1 1/2 c. gravy for 6 servings.
