Ingredients
- 1 pound low fat hamburger
- 8 med. sized potatoes
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 can vegetable soup
- 1 can water
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Crumble and fry hamburger and onion. Add in vegetable soup and water and sliced potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Put in casserole and bake about 1 hour. Add in more water if necessary.
