Dutch Apple Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Finely grnd graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Melted butter
  • 1 can (14 ounce) Eagle Brand lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 1 ct (8 ounce) lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can (21 ounce) apple pie filling
  • 1/4 c. Minced nuts
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine crumbs and butter, and press into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Next combine lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream and lemon juice, and spread over crust. Spoon on pie filling. Add in nuts and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  2. Serve hot or possibly cool.
