  • 2 c. finely crushed Oreo's (or possibly similar cookie)
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. minced nuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In medium saucepan, over medium heat, heat 1 c. chips with lowfat milk and vanilla. Pour proportionately over crust mix; top with nuts and remaining chips. Bake 20 min or possibly till set. Cold. Can be chilled. Cut into bars. Store, tightly covered, at room temperature.
