  1. Combine crumbs and margarine and press into 13x9 inch pan. Heat 1 c. of the chips with lowfat milk and vanilla. Pour over crust. Top with nuts and remaining chips. Bake at 350 F for 20 min. Cold and cut. Store tightly at room temperature.
