  1. Mix together grnd beef, Large eggs and Shake 'n Bake; then add in just sufficient lowfat milk to moisten the mix. Add in the Worcestershire sauce and seasoning salt and finish mixing. Put into a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min.
