Diamond Cookie Pie Recipe

  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine softene
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 6 ounce semisweet chocolate pcs
  • 1 c. diamond walnuts
  • 1 x unbaked pie shell (9 inch)


  1. A simple idea which's a new twist for cookie-lovers of all ages. In large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, Large eggs and vanilla till light and fluffy. Blend in flour. Stir in chocolate pcs and walnuts. Pour mix into unbaked pie shell. Bake below oven center at 325 degrees F, for 50 to 55 min, or possibly till top is golden and pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream, if you like.
