Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 T chopped onion
- 1 T green pepper, minced
- 1 (2 1/2 ounce) can deviled ham
- 1 T butter, melted or possibly bacon drippings
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a jar, shake to blend. Heat frying pan and add in melted butter or possibly drippings. Pour egg mix into frying pan and brown on both sides. Makes filling for 2 sandwiches.
