Ingredients
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/2 pound mushrooms (optional)
- 2 c. broccoli
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 pound sausage
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Stir fry the onion, green pepper, mushrooms and broccoli in 3 Tbsp. butter till crisp-tender. Add in the sausage cut into bite size pcs. Heat through. Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Serve over buttered noodles.
