  • 5 Large eggs, beaten
  • 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. Sugar Twin
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs. Add in lowfat milk, Sugar Twin, dash of nutmeg, and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min. Turn temperature to 400 degrees and bake 30 min longer till knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
