Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked & liquid removed mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. + 1/3 c. melted butter
- 2 beaten large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 c. minced pecans
Directions
- Put together sweet potatoes, sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, large eggs and vanilla. Put into a greased (with Pam) casserole. Blend brown sugar and flour; stir in 1/3 cup melted butter and nuts. Pour over sweet potatoes. Bake for 30 min at 375 degrees. Serves 10 to 12 persons.
