  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Dark-brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 8 Tbsp. (1 stick) cool unsalted butter, cut into small pcs
  • 1/2 c. Rolled oats

Directions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Add in butter; pulse till large crumbs form, about 30 seconds. If you do not have a food processor, rub butter into flour mix with your fingers till large crumbs form.) Add in oats; pulse till just combined. Leftover topping can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
