  • 1 cup fresh dulong (rinsed)
  • 2 eggs (well beaten)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • pinch of Salt and pepper to taste
  • Canola oil, for frying

Directions

  1. Rinse the dulong carefull and season with salt and cook in their own water until dry.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan.
  3. Saute garlic and onion, then add the dulong and stir.
  4. Pour the well beaten eggs, cover and cook until the dulong omelet is done.
  5. *I like it well done, quite a bit toasted.
