Ingredients
- 1 (4 ounce. size) pkg. Jello sugar free vanilla pudding
- 3 c. lowfat lowfat milk
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. rice (original Minute rice)
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to ab iol over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour into a 1 qt casserole. Place plastic wrap directly over while warm pudding. Refrigerate30 min. Remove plastic wrap. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serves 8.
