Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 large eggs
2 c. sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
Dash of salt
6 ounce pkg. chocolate chips

Directions

Mix together. Add in: 6 T cocoa 2 teaspoon baking soda
Fill cups 1/2 full. Put 1/2 to 3/4 tbsp filling on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 min.You do not have to frost if you do not want too. They are great without frosting.
