Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add in the chicken and brown over a moderately high heat.
  3. Place the chicken in a casserole dish.
  4. Add in the onion and carrot to the pan and cook for 2-3 min.
  5. Combine the soup mix, wine, tarragon and water. Add in to the onion mix.
  6. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then simmer over a low heat for 2 min. Stir occasionally.
  7. Pour over the chicken. Cover the casserole.
  8. Cook in a preheated oven, 180 C, for approximately 45 min or possibly till the chicken is cooked.
  9. Stir in the parsley and reduced cream.
