- (1 1/2 pound loaf):
- 3 c. bread flour
- 6 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill or possibly 3 Tablespoons dry dillweed (I use 2 Tablespoons dry)
- 2 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil or possibly safflower or possibly sunflower oil - (I use Canola)
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 pkt active dry yeast
- Program the breadmaker for the whole wheat mode.
