My maternal aunt loves this dessert. She used to make it for her kids and now I'm making it for my children. It's so delicate and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. vanilla custard powder
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. creamed corn (canned)
  • 3 tbsp. coconut powder

Directions

  1. Mix custard powder and water in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Combine milk and sugar in a pan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add creamed corn and coconut powder.
  4. Stir in custard mixture, continue stirring until thickens.
  5. Cool. Refrigerate.
