Ingredients: 1 med cucumber seeded, minced; 1 bn radishes - (abt 8) minced; 1 c. minced celery; 1 x red bell pepper minced; 1 sm yellow squash minced; 4 x green onions, white and 1" of green minced; 1 x carrot minced; 1/2 x recipe Garlic Ranch Dressing (see recipe)

Directions

Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Just before serving, toss with dressing (don't toss in advance or possibly salad will become soggy).
This recipe yields 8 servings.
