  • 4 quarts. strong coffee, cool
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 quarts. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1 quart. whole lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Put together coffee, lowfat milk, and vanilla. Add in sugar and stir till dissolved. Refrigerate thoroughly and pour over ice cream which has been spooned into a punch bowl. Serves about 50 small punch cups.
