Ingredients
- 2 sm. cans plum baby food
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 T red cake coloring
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. diced nuts
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 T lemon juice
Directions
- Mix all of the first ingredients. In a well greased and lightly floured pan, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Put together the glaze ingredients and spread on the loaf of warm bread. Serves 8.
