Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. flour, self-rising
- 1/2 c. sweet lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
- 1 pkg. frzn coconut (med. can coconut)
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
Directions
- Beat large eggs and sugar; add in oil, blend flour and lowfat milk and add in flavoring. Grease and flour tube cake pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Boil 1 minute, punch holes in cake and pour glaze over cake, leave in pan till completely cool.
