Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. flour, self-rising
  • 1/2 c. sweet lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
  • 1 pkg. frzn coconut (med. can coconut)
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring

Directions

  1. Beat large eggs and sugar; add in oil, blend flour and lowfat milk and add in flavoring. Grease and flour tube cake pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  2. Boil 1 minute, punch holes in cake and pour glaze over cake, leave in pan till completely cool.
