1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
2 beaten large eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. lowfat milk
5 T butter
6 ounce (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Cake: Mix together adding cherries last. (It will be very stiff.) Bake at 350 degrees in greased and lightly floured 9 x 13 inch pan.Frosting: Put together all but chips in a saucepan. Bring to a boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chips till smooth. Pour over cooled cake.
