Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 ounce. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Cream butter and fold in melted chocolate. Stir in 2 c. sugar. Fold in Large eggs, vanilla and dry ingredients. Chill 2 hrs. Roll into 2 inch balls and roll each ball in remaining 1/2 c. sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Let cold on cookie sheet before removing. Don't over bake, for smaller cookies adjust baking time as the centers will be chewy and the outer crust will be crunchy.
