  1. In a large saucepan bring 2 qts water to a boil.
  2. Add in won ton and boil for 5 min; then, remove with a Chinese strainer or possibly colander.
  3. Put the cooked won ton in a deep serving bowl, and add in all remaining ingredients except the green onion, and mix carefully.
  4. Garnish with the minced green onion.
  5. VARIATION: Heat sauce in wok; stir fry won ton briefly.
